Most people have a version of a wellness treatment they've been meaning to book — a proper massage rather than the 20-minute shoulder rub at a mall kiosk, a facial that isn't done in a curtained-off corner of a beauty salon. They keep putting it off because the options in Kisumu that actually meet the standard they have in mind are limited. Divine Spa is where that excuse stops working.

The spa operates from a dedicated, quiet section of the property — separated from the hotel corridors and common areas by enough distance and acoustic treatment that the only sound inside is what the therapists choose to play. Treatment rooms are private, with adjustable lighting, temperature control, and enough space to feel like the appointment has been taken seriously.

Treatments include signature massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and a locally-inspired DHR signature treatment using Kenyan essential oils and lake-stone therapy), a full facial menu, body scrubs, and sauna therapy sessions. Couples' treatment rooms are available for two people being treated simultaneously — the most booked option on weekends and for anniversaries or honeymooners.

All therapists are trained and certified — we can provide credentials on request, not because it's unusual to ask but because we think it should be the standard. Treatments are done by appointment; we do not take walk-ins for spa sessions because the quality of the treatment depends on the therapist having adequate preparation time for each client.

Access: The spa is open to hotel guests and the public. A valid booking is required. If you're a non-guest, arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check in at reception and be escorted to the spa area.
